The land of King Arthur, home to the famous Glastonbury festival and England’s smallest city Wells, Somerset has plenty to offer those who visit.
The Royal Bath & West Showground is located in Shepton Mallet, an historic town dating back to mediaeval times, nestled in the Mendip Hills.
When attending the Shepton Mallet Antiques & Collectors Fair why not stop off at Wells and take in the magnificent sight of the west front of Wells Cathedral? Dating from the 12th century and built in early English gothic style, the cathedral is a stunning sight.
Visit Glastonbury Abbey, the spectacular Cheddar Gorge or the popular visitor attraction Wookey Hole Caves. You’ll not be short of things to do after your day of bargain hunting!
