Newbury FAQs

  • Q: Can I use my card to pay for entry to the fair?

Unfortunately, we can only accept cash payments at the gate.

  • Q: What should I wear?

Our fairs run throughout the year so do come dressed appropriately! Always check the weather forecast for an idea. Wellies are advised if it's been raining as many of our fairs are outside. We've hundreds of undercover stalls too but you don't want to miss out on an outside hidden gem.

  • Q: I'm interested in standing at one of your fairs, how do I do that?

To book a fair with us, simply call us on +44(0)1636 702326 - we will be happy to fully discuss your requirements and options to find you the most suitable positions available.
You can also find plenty of information on our website, on the Stallholder Info page and on the individual Fair pages. Booking Forms can be downloaded, completed and returned to our office if you prefer. At each Fair we have an Organiser’s Office, so feel free to come along and have a chat with us!

  • Q: How can I collect large purchases or arrange delivery?

We have a Buyers Collection Point in operation from approximately 10am so that you can bring your vehicle much closer to collect large purchases. Vehicles are not allowed to drive directly to the pitches at Newbury while the fair is in operation, but we can help make sure that you can collect your items easily. Please ask a member of staff on the day for more information.
If you are looking at buying an item which is too big for your vehicle, it is always worth asking the dealer if they are able to deliver it for you, or if they know someone who can. We list delivery specialists on the Courier pages of our individual Fair pages.

  • Q: I can't find the dealer I purchased items from earlier?

Our fairs can be very large, so if you leave purchases with a stallholder to collect later, it is important that you get the details of the person who you are buying from – ask for their name, stand number and mobile telephone number. You can also download sitemaps of our Fairs prior to leaving home, or you can pick one up on the day - make a note of the area you purchased from to help you remember.
