Dogs are permitted in areas at Peterborough apart from the Cambridge Suite which is carpeted. They must be kept on a short lead and under control at all times and any mess must be cleaned up.

Outside you can find a selection of outside stalls hosting antiques, vintage and collectors items including antique bikes, leather football boots, vintage cricket balls, vintage tennis rackets, vintage fairground ride, garden statues and garden ornaments, vintage shop signs, Georgian sofa, antique leather chairs. There are hundreds and hundreds of antiques stalls for you to browse and to speak with the antiques dealers themselves. The Festival of Antiques is well signposted from all major road routes. The full address is East of England Showground, Peterborough, PE2 6XE. For Sat Nav please use PE2 6HE.
If you are travelling from Peterborough City Centre then take the Nene Parkway/A1260 and follow directions to Oundle Road/A605. Turn right onto this road, which will lead you directly to the venue. Follow ‘Festival of Antiques’ signage all the way to the East of England Arena/Showground. The journey is approximately 16 minutes from the centre of Peterborough.
Travelling from the A1(M) South – continue along the A1(M), passing the Peterborough Services (Extra MSA); continue forward onto the A1 and then take the next turn left, signposted East of England Arena/Showground. At the junction with the A605, turn left and travel half a mile. At the roundabout, turn right, and you have arrived at the East of England Arena.
Trains from Peterborough go to London Kings Cross. There are 4 trains running most hours and the journey is 51 mins. Rail passengers should travel to Peterborough station, located approximately 6 miles from the Showground. Telephone 08457 484950 for rail travel enquiries.
Peterborough is located on the East Coast Main line, which runs from London Kings Cross to Edinburgh. There are plenty of frequent trains that run on this network, which makes it accessible to reach Peterborough every hour.
Rail Replacement Coaches leave from the station entrance. The station has its own taxi rank, which means reaching the East of England Arena is approximately 15 minutes away once the train has arrived in the station.
Taxi ranks are located outside the station. The Peterborough Bus Station is located opposite the railway station. The estimated Peterborough Taxi Fare from Peterborough train station to East of England showground is GBP £ 11. The journey usually takes 14 minutes to reach East of England Showground from Peterborough train station (which are 8.864 Miles apart).

For timetable information and routes please telephone the Traveline on 0871 200 22 33. There is a bus each hour leaving Peterborough Arena to Peterborough. It is no 24 leaving Oundle Road at 0957, 1057, 1157, 1257, 1357 and 1642 only. It takes 45 mins.
The following Peterborough lines that pass near the East of England Showground include: 1 & 4X. The nearest bus stop to the Showground is Lynch Wood. The earliest bus that you can get to the East of England Showground is the X4, which arrives at the nearest bus stop at 10:34.
There is also a Stagecoach bus service that runs a half-hourly service during the week, stopping just outside the East of England Arena. The bus number to look for is X4 leaving Bay 15 at Queensgate, Peterborough. The bus stop is located at the Marriott Hotel, Lynchwood. A fifteen-minute walk will bring you to the East of England Arena’s main entrance gate.
If you are travelling by air then the East of England Arena’s location is a great location to get from London Stansted, London Luton, East Midlands and Birmingham airports. All four of these airports are around 60-90 minutes by car.
