Stallholder Information

NO CASUAL ARRIVALS - Unfortunately we cannot accept any casual Stallholders on the day.  All bookings must be made by 3pm on the Friday before the Market.  Space is limited for outside pitches - so please book early!

STALLHOLDER INFORMATION
Monday
7pm - Queueing available for stallholders, all stallholders to enter via Gate 2

Tuesday
6am - Outside pitches to move onto their pitches
         - Inside pitches to park around the building
7am  - Building opens for stallholders to set up
8am - Buyers admitted.

Outside Pitches
Outside pitches are not numbered and will be allocated on the day.

Indoor Pitches
All pitches are numbered and this will be included in your tickets.  Please check the plan to find your nearest unloading point.  Table pitches are allocated an 8’ x 6’ space with a standard trestle table; an extra table can be pre-booked at a cost of £7.00. Furniture pitches are 4m x 4m.

Tickets
Your vehicle pass automatically admits two people to the market provided you are travelling in one vehicle.  If you are travelling separately you must contact the office prior to arriving at the market to arrange the necessary passes.  The top part of your ticket is your receipt and is not valid for entry; please detach this section before arriving at the market.  Should you have any queries with your tickets please contact our office.

Electrical and Display Equipment
The access to power is limited and not available on all stands.  Please note that you may require an extension lead or an adapter.  These sockets are only for lights requiring no more than 300 watts.

General Information
Please help us to ensure easy unloading for all by parking sensibly around the building. All entrances and exits must be kept clear. You are required to carry out any instructions issued by the stewards regarding the safe running of the market. Only guide dogs are permitted in the building, this also applies to the prime outside pitches.
Buyer’s entry is free but there is a £5.00 car parking charge.  Cash machines are available for use in the Surrey Hall. The café in the Surrey Hall will open for the duration of the market.
