Well this is to be IACF Introduction and our first foray into the world of blogging.
It would therefore seem appropriate to introduce IACF and all that we do. IACF stands for International Antiques & Collectors Fairs, we run, as our title suggests, antiques and collectors fair at 5 venues around the Unitied Kingdom. Don’t let the number 5 fool you into thinking that what we do is small time. At these 5 venues we run 28 fairs a year. And that’s just the beginning of the IACF introduction…
Newark International Antiques & Collectors Fair is the largest in Europe with over 4000 stalls, 5 buildings, shopping arcades and outside pitches. Held at Newark & Nottinghamshire Showground, NG24 2NY, six times a year Newark IACF is internationally reknowned antiques and collectors fair. Buyers come from around the world with regular groups coming from America, France, China, Japan, South Korea to name but a few places.
So that’s Newark, of course there’s lots more to say but this is a taster of whats to come!
Ardingly International Antique & Collector Fair is the largest in the South of England. At the Ardingly Fair discover a vast array of quality goods on offer. Up to 1,700 stalls hold everything from fine furniture and ceramics to glassware and textiles. It has developed a reputation as a place to find European decorative items.The calibre of the fair, coupled with its convenient location (only 1hour from London) makes the Ardingly Fair a cosmopolitan event, with a mix of local, national and international dealers and buyers.
Shepton Mallet Antique & Collectors Fair held at the Royal Bath & West Showground, BA4 6QN and runs 5 times a year. The perfect fair to find treasure for your interior and garden, not to mention jewellery, ceramics, paintings and lots more.
Mustn’t forget our new and extremely well recieved One-Day Monday Fairs held at Swinderby and Newbury. New to 2010, following feedback from our customers, the one-day format has proved popular with stallholders and visitors alike. Historically know RAF Swinderby will see 5 One-Day Monday fairs in 2011 whilst the increasingly popular venue of Newbury Racecourse will see 4 fairs.
