Shepton Mallet is the West Country's premier antiques event, held at The Royal Bath & West Showground, located on the A371 just 30 minutes from Junction 23 of the M5 and Bristol.
iacf undertake extensive advertising and promotional campaigns to ensure that all days at this well established fair are busy with both trade and public buyers looking for a wide range of antiques and collectables.

Stallholder Entry times (please note, times can vary)
Stallholder parking is available on the Thursday evening from 4pm. You will be able to sleep in your caravan or vehicle in the queue overnight should you wish.
Building Opening Times
Building opening times are as follows:
Mendip One: 8:30am
Mendip Two: 9:00am
Showering Pavilion: 9:00am
Edmund Rack: 9:00am
Outside Pitches are usually admitted at 9:00am however this may vary due to traffic and weather conditions.
Vehicle Passes
When you buy a pitch you will be issued with one Vehicle Pass which will be posted 10-14 days prior to the fair. If you prefer to collect your Vehicle Pass at the fair make sure you mention this at the time of booking.
Please note 'Casual Pitches' are not available at Shepton Mallet apart from September.

The Booking Office closes at 3pm on Thursday, the day before the fair. If you haven’t been able to reserve a stall by that time please remember you are only able to arrive and purchase a Casual Pitch at Shepton Mallet in September (subject to availability).
