DECEMBER NEWBURY FAIR CANCELLED
Due to extensive construction work
International Antiques and Collectors Fairs Ltd (IACF) have announced that their Newbury One-Day Monday Antiques & Collectors Fair due to take place on December 8th 2014 has been cancelled due to ongoing demolition and construction works at the Newbury Racecourse. The organisers reached the difficult decision after being informed about the ongoing works being carried out in areas critical to the fair.
Will Thomas, of IACF said: "We strive to always deliver the best possible events for our dealers, but unfortunately on occasion, circumstances beyond our control make this challenging. There is no doubt that the improvements to the Racecourse will have a positive impact on future antique fairs, with improved facilities for both fair visitors and stallholders.
"We will return to the Newbury Racecourse on Monday 30th March 2015, when we will be able to deliver the Newbury event in the layout and atmosphere our dealers expect and enjoy."
