Electrical and Display Equipment
Electricity is available on Wall Stands only. Exhibitors are only permitted to use lights requiring no more than 300 watts per stand. All other types of electrical and gas equipment are prohibited. Electricians are on duty at all shows and are empowered by us to ask you to remove equipment they think is unsafe or requiring too much power. Stallholders are advised to bring their own extension lead to ensure the supply can reach where needed on their table.
A limited number of tables are available to hire on the day of the fair at a cost of £10 each. You will need to carry these to your stand yourself.
Please help us to ensure easy unloading for you all by parking sensibly around the buildings. Staff may ask you to move your vehicle if it is causing an obstruction.
All entrances and exits must be left clear. We have a dedicated H&S team on site and you are required to carry out any instruction they might make regarding the safe running of the market.
Please do not place nails or screws in any walls or partitions belonging to the venue.
Please ensure that dogs are kept quiet and on a short lead at all times.
Mobile Catering and toilets are available on site.
All stands must remain fully stocked until the close of fair.
We hope you have a successful and enjoyable fair.
