What should I wear to an antiques fair?

Our fairs run throughout the year so do come dressed appropriately! Always check the weather forecast for an idea. Wellies are advised if it’s been raining as many of our fairs are outside, but make sure your shoes are comfortable! We’ve hundreds of undercover stalls too but you don’t want to miss out on an outside hidden gem.

I’m interested in standing at one of your antiques fairs, how do I do that?

Potential stallholders can find out all they need to know via our Stallholders page and on the individual Fairs’ pages. Prices of pitches and booking forms can be downloaded, completed and returned to our office. If you have any other queries call our office on 01636 702326 and we’ll be happy to help.
If you are looking for any advice or support in becoming an antiques dealer, our friendly team are more than happy to help advise you.

I’ve bought a large item that won’t fit in my car! How can I get it home?

If you’ve bought an item too large for your car then it’s worth asking the dealer first if they can deliver it for you. If they can’t they may know someone who can. Remember you can bring your vehicle on site, from 11am onwards, at Newark and Ardingly but do pick up a vehicle pass first from the onsite office, just bring your registration number.
A number of couriers operate at the Newark and Ardingly fairs so be sure to check them out, pop into the on-site office for advice.

I can’t find the dealer I bought off! Can you help?

Our fairs are very large, so it’s important that you get the details of the person who you are making a purchase from, many of our antiques dealers have business cards you can take. You can also download sitemaps of all our fairs prior to leaving and make a note of the area you purchased from to help you remember.

How can I support small businesses by shopping at iacf?

Our dealers each work very hard to run their businesses and from attending iacf antiques fairs, you know you are giving back to the community. Ethical shopping doesn’t get more fun than at iacf antiques fairs.

Where can I buy affordable sustainable clothing?

Those who are looking for ethical fashion brands & non fast fashion brands can indulge in the choice at iacf antiques fairs. Looking for affordable sustainable clothing can be difficult, but not with iacf… our selection of sustainable fashion clothing is one not to miss!
