Stallholder Entry Times
(please note, times can vary)
Stallholder parking is available on the Monday before the fair from 1pm. You will be able to sleep in your caravan or vehicle in the queue overnight should you wish.
The gates to the showground open at 5:00am on Tuesday to admit stallholder’s vehicles.
- Two people admitted per pitch. One extra Exhibitors Pass per pitch may be purchased in advance of the fair at £23 (IACF reserve the right to refuse entry).
- One vehicle (including caravan or trailer if applicable) admitted per pitch.
Building Opening Times
Gates to the showground are open at 5:00am on Tuesday. Inside stallholders are welcome to arrive at this time and park alongside their building but please note that the Jubilee Hall, Abergavenny Pavilion and Norfolk Pavilion are unlocked at 6:30am on Tuesday for unloading.
Vehicle Passes
When you buy a pitch you will be issued with one Vehicle Pass which will be posted 10-14 days prior to the fair. If you prefer to collect your Vehicle Pass at the fair make sure you mention this at the time of booking.
Subject to availability, it is possible to purchase a pitch on the day of the fair (referred to as a Casual Pitch). We accept cash or card payments on the day and the price of a Casual Pitch is at least £15 more than the pre-booked price.
Outside Pitches
Outside Pitches are approximately 5m wide x 8m deep and you must ensure you book enough pitches to accommodate your vehicle and stock. Pitches are allocated and the number is painted in white on the ground. Make sure you set up on the correct pitch and consult a steward if you are unsure. It is very disruptive to you and other exhibitors if we have to ask you to move your stock because you have set-up on the wrong pitch. Do not take up more than your entitled space.
Please note If you wish to secure a numbered outside pitch the last guaranteed booking time will be on Friday before 3pm.
All stock must be displayed within the confines of your pitch.
Do not place any stock in walkways, entrances and exits or roadways.
Stallholders are responsible for customers’ safety within the area of their pitch.

Dealer Brexit Support for iacf antiques dealers
You may know HAIRSINES as decorative dealers who sell at the Ardingly fair in Shopping Arcade 3 and 4. HAIRSINES are now providing iacf antiques dealer Brexit Support, for guidance please contact HAIRSINES.
Like many antique dealers, for more than a decade HAIRSINES self-imported their stock from Europe on a regular basis.
When the UK left the EU, antique dealers suddenly had to navigate a new Border Operating Model, dealing with Customs formalities when moving their commercial goods between the EU and the UK.
To understand these new Customs rules and regulations, Kevin from HAIRSINES has trained to Level 3 in Customs Compliance with the UK Customs Academy, and is a Business Member of the Institute of Export & International Trade. Together with his wife, Jenni, they have launched HAIRSINES Customs Clearance to practically help other dealers to navigate the new post-Brexit export/import regulations.
HAIRSINES Customs Clearance offers:
• an Advisory Service for £180 per year – which includes an email Q and A, monthly Fact Sheets, News Bulletins, useful templates and contact details for an EU-based export agent.
• Dealers can also ask HAIRSINES to act as their GB agent to process their GB import and export declarations.
