Yes, there are lots of local couriers to help transfer those larger items that you find from Ardingly Antiques Fair. You can contact a number of local couriers, including Auction Ceramics Packing and Garden Statuary Courier Services. Each customer gets a quote by submitting dimensions of the items and postcode for the delivery. Once the quote is accepted, Rich Oultram will provide the date and an accurate ETA time window around 4 days before (for Ardingly fair its usually the Tuesday or Wednesday on our route home for delivery).
Card and cash payments are accepted for entry to our fairs, we also have online tickets available.
Are there cash points at the South of England Showground?
Cash and bureau de change facilities are located on site. For this service a minimum £3 charge or 1.75% will apply (ID required for amounts over £100).
I’ve bought a large item that won’t fit in my car! How can I get it home?
If your item is too large for your car then it’s worth asking the dealer first if they can deliver it for you. If they can’t they may know someone who can. Alternatively there are many local couriers.

10 miles radius:
1. Standard chest of drawers £40
2. Large wardrobe £60
3. Extra large item £75
20 miles radius:
For 1-2 items, buyers & sellers must organise transport of these items directly to Richard’s shipping tent. There will be signage to help guide you to Richard at the fair. If Richard and his team are passing or can help then they will, they aim to make the process as easy as possible for you.
For 3+ items, Richard and his team will collect. More than two items to the same address will be £20-£30 extra per item.

Richard covers the whole of mainland UK and they can give you an accurate time window 5 days before the initial date range, whilst also receiving text reminders for your delivery date.
I can’t find the dealer I bought off! Can you help?
Our fairs are very large, so it’s important that you get the details of the person who you are making a purchase from. You can also download sitemaps of all our fairs prior to leaving, make a note of the area you purchased from, to help you remember.
Are there any concessions?
We do discounts for group parties; please contact our office on 01636702326 for more details. There are no other concessions.

Yes! Dogs are welcome, but please keep them on a short lead.
