By Rail
East Coast Mainline Train stops at Newark Northgate station only 10 minutes (by car) from the fair. Travel by train from London in 90 minutes. The train station provides trains operated by London North Eastern Railway and East Midlands Railway. Platforms 1 and 2 serve intercity trains to London, Newcastle and Edinburgh with platform 3 serving trains to Lincoln.
Newark North Gate is a large station with taxis usually available on a rank. Advance booking is not normally necessary or even possible, unless arriving early in the morning or late at night.
