Yes, we accept card payment for entry to all our fairs. Alternatively, you can use cash too or buy your tickets online.
No there are no facilities for cash points at this venue at present.
Runway Monday at Newark is a predominately outside fair so you should dress accordingly. Please check the weather reports before you come. Wellies and warm coats etc in autumn/winter are recommended!
Potential stallholders can find out all they need to know via our Stallholders page and on the individual fair pages. Prices of pitches and booking forms can be downloaded, completed and returned to our office. If you have any other queries call our office on 01636 702326 and we’ll be happy to help.
If you’ve bought an item too large for your car then it’s worth asking the dealer first if they can deliver it for you. If they can’t they may know someone who can. Remember you can bring your vehicle on site later on in the day, please check with a member of staff and follow our safety instructions.
Our fairs are very large, so it’s important that you get the details of the person who you are making a purchase from. You can also download sitemaps of all our fairs prior to leaving, make a note of the area you purchased from, to help you remember.
The Runway Monday at Newark is off Drove Lane adjacent to the Newark Air Museum and The Newark & Nottinghamshire Showground. Easily accessed from the A1 and A46. Only 2 hours from London. Please follow signs for Newark Showground and Newark Air Museum. If you are travelling by rail, taxi, bus or plane then you can see more information on how to attend the fair.
